FAQ

Is Moireloop free?

Yes. Some collections may later come as paid packs, always with a few free colours.

Will it drain my battery?

Moireloop pauses when the desktop isn't visible, when the display sleeps or when the battery is low. You can adjust these pauses.

Can my wallpaper follow my music?

Yes: with Music mode, your wallpaper takes on the album art colors of what you're playing in Spotify or Apple Music, then goes back on its own when the music stops.

Can I use my own videos?

Yes: drop a video into the window and it becomes your wallpaper.

Multiple displays?

Yes: the same wallpaper everywhere, or a different one on each display.

Which Mac do I need?

Any Mac running macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later, Apple silicon or Intel.
