How it works

You submitA link to your work and up to 3 pieces (videos or images). It takes two minutes.
We curateEvery piece goes through our quality check: sharpness, resolution and, for animated pieces, loop and smoothness. We reply by email.
You sellWhen the gallery opens, your wallpapers are offered in the app. You earn 70% of the net revenue of every sale.

What we look for

A wallpaper is something people glance at all day. So the bar is high, for you and for us.

Seamless loopAnimated pieces: the last frame flows into the first, you can't tell where it starts again.
4K3840 × 2160 minimum for the final version. Still pieces: send them at full resolution; animated pieces: a 1080p clip is enough for the selection.
OriginalYou are the author and hold all the rights. No text, logos or watermarks.
Made for the backgroundAn image people love to see all day; if animated, calm motion of 20 to 60 seconds.

Animated or still, all styles are welcome: motion design, generative art, 3D, illustration, photography… AI tools are accepted as long as you disclose them and hold the rights to the result.

Your rights

  • You keep ownership of your work. Moireloop only gets the right to show and sell it in the app, non-exclusively.
  • Buyers get a personal licence to use it only inside the Moireloop app: no resale, no redistribution, no commercial use.
  • Submitting is free and commits you to nothing. You'll get a clear agreement before anything goes on sale.
  • 70% of the net revenue of every sale for you (after Apple's commission and taxes), paid by bank transfer.

FAQ

When does the gallery open?

As soon as we have enough artists and high-quality wallpapers. Selected artists will be the first to know.

How long until I hear back?

Usually within two weeks. Every submission is reviewed.

Do I need 4K right away?

For animated pieces, no: a 1080p clip is enough for the selection, we'll ask for 4K if it's selected. For still pieces, send the full-resolution image right away.

Is it exclusive?

No. You can keep selling your work elsewhere.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. Moireloop only earns a share of each sale.
